We talked to actor, writer, producer, creator Joshua Malina (@JoshMalina). You know him from "Sports Night," "West Wing," "In Plain Sight," and countless movies. He also created the web series "Backwash" and he started the YouTube channel #SadSadConversation. We talk about how SadSadConversation came about as well as Josh's amazing work in front of the camera. You will see Josh in the upcoming ABC series "Scandal." We are sharing our great conversation with Mike Royce, the showrunner of TNT's "Men of a Certain Age" starring Ray Romano, Scott Bakula, and André Braugher. Royce was a standup comedian before becoming a writer and producer on "Everybody Loves Raymond," and was also a showrunner of Louis C.K.'s "Lucky Louie" on HBO. "Men of a Certain Age" airs on TNT on Wednesdays at 10pm.
